Central Wilmington 5-BR, 3BA floor plan with garage (also available in Ogden and at 3 Castle Hayne addresses). All completed homes are currently OCCUPIED. More homes will be completed during 2026.

Please call or send a text message to (910) 616-1096. You do not need to contact us unless you have a 4 or 5BR housing voucher from the WHA. Following screening, you may be placed on our waiting list.
